The Clemmons West Aqua Demons is a community summer swim team for ages 4 - 18. Whether you are a beginning swimmer or an experienced competitive swimmer, there is a place for you. Swimmers must have a desire to learn, have fun, and take instruction from the coaches. Although the swim team is certainly about swimming and stroke development, many memories will also be made in and out of the water. While cultivating a sense of team spirit, unity, and pride, our goal is to help each swimmer reach their full potential.

If you are interested in joining the team, online registration opens in early March. Be sure to check back on this webpage for easy online sign-up information. All swim team members must also belong to the Clemmons West Pool, but one does not need to live in the Clemmons West neighborhood to join the pool. We look forward to a great season - Go Aqua Demons!

Practice Schedule:

*Until school is out, practices will be held:
Monday - Thursday beginning, Monday, May 11

5:00 - 5:30 Bootcamp

5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (10 and under swimmers)

6:30 - 7:30 p.m. (11 -18 year old swimmers)

May 27th - July 12th (TBD) Monday - Friday*

10 and under:
9:00 am to 10 am and/or 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

11 to 18 years old:
10 am to 11 am and /or 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

*NO evening practice on Fridays*
